VÉRTIGO took part in a number of conferences focused on promoting equality
The VÉRTIGO Association for Social Innovation took part in a number of conferences focusing on promoting equal opportunities, empowering women and strengthening public participation.
These events, organised in collaboration with local organisations and public authorities, brought together women entrepreneurs, representatives of the voluntary sector, professionals from the social sector, and members of the public keen to work towards a more inclusive, equitable and participatory society.
During the sessions, issues relating to women’s leadership, social entrepreneurship, work-life balance, participation in decision-making and the creation of spaces where women can fully realise their personal and professional potential were discussed.
